Healing Ministry
You can receive your healing, God is our Healer and is still healing today.
You can live a healthy life which was God's plan for us all.
So you may ask how?
"Steps to Finding Your Healing"
Step One is to believe that God heals and receive it
It is so important that you are clear as to what you are asking God healing for.
Being specific is key so that once you pray you can test and see the healing as it takes place.
Jesus came to give you life, and that in abundance.
So you need to say enough is enough to sickness, disease, pain, discomfort, and suffering of any kind! Jesus bore every sickness and disease on the Cross, so you wouldn’t have to. And since Jesus has done His part, you need to do yours and that is to build your faith so that you believe and not doubt and till you see your miracle.
Here are just a few scriptures to stand on so that you grow in your faith journey.
All scriptures are referenced in the New King James Version
Psalm 103:1-5
1 Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name! 2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits: 3 Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, 4 Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, 5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Jeremiah 30:17a
17 For I will restore health to you and heal you of your wounds,’ says the Lord,
Joel 2:25
“So I will restore to you the years that the swarming [a]locust has eaten, the crawling locust, the consuming locust, and the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you.
(He will restore whatever time, money or peace has been stolen from you due to your trials).
Matthew 8:16-17
16 When evening had come, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed. And He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick, 17 that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: “He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.”
Mark 9:23
23 Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”
Acts 5:16
16 Also a multitude gathered from the surrounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick people and those who were tormented by unclean spirits, and they were all healed.
Philippians 4:6
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;
1 Peter 2:24
24 who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.
Hebrews 10:23
23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
1 John 5:14-15
14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.
Revelation 12:11
11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.
Revelation 21:5
5 Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are true and faithful.”
Step Two is to watch what you say, to speak life and not death. We do this by knowing what God's Word says and to speak that out, over and over and over, giving thanks that God heard the first time and you are just reminding yourself that if God said it He will do it and not to waiver if it takes a little longer than you hoped.
Step Three is to pray.
Remember healing is yours. There is no maybe or hopefully when it comes to healing.
Jesus paid for your healing on the Cross, so it is available to you when ever and where ever, and all you have to do is ask, believe and receive.
Remember you’re not needing to convince God or beg God for that which He has already done. The healing power of God is available to everyone who would ask for it, without wavering, knowing that God is good and faithful and will do it for you.
Around the world there are literally 1000's testifying of the healing power of God. Testimony is important, as it gives us hope for when you are standing and believing God for your healing.
As you pray here are some things to remember to include:
Confess Jesus Christ as Lord over your whole life.
You are asking God for His healing power to make you whole. Sozo is saved, healed and delivered.
Then declare your scriptures that promise healing, this is submitting to God.
Then resist the enemy if things get worse or you sense resistance and break the power of sickness, disease, malfunction and abnormality, in Jesus name (Luke 10:19).
We now stand in agreement with you today, that our faith in Jesus with your faith in Jesus will stir an atmosphere of healing. And Jesus, your Healer (1 Peter 2:24) took stripes so that you can be healed and whole.
Now thank Jesus for His mercy and His healing power pouring over you right now, in Jesus name.
How to Prepare for Your Healing
Number 1: be willing and obedient to do whatever is needed so that you can ask, believe, receive and walk out your healing. Many times we want our healing but we fail to make the necessary adjustments according to God's Word and His ways.
Number 2: forgiveness is a key in the healing process. So search your heart and make sure you are walking in forgiveness to the best of your ability and ask the Lord often to help you to see if there is any unforgiveness that could be holding you back from God's best.
Number 3: love is important, why, because God is love and His love for you is that you would walk in divine health all your days. When they asked Jesus which was the great commandment, He answered love, because God is love and Love is your Healer.
36 “Teacher, which is the great commandment in the law?”
37 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbour as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.” (Matthew 22:36-40 NKJV)
Number 4: take Holy Communion, as often as possible.
WHY WE TAKE HOLY COMMUNION
The Holy Communion, known also as the Lord’s Supper, represents the love language of the God of Heaven.
Two items are used in the Holy Communion—the bread representing the Body of Jesus, and the cup of grape juice representing the shed Blood of Jesus.
Jesus came to earth, walked as a Man, lived a sinless life and went to the Cross.
At the Cross, Jesus took all our sicknesses and diseases, so that we can walk in divine health. That is why the Bible says by His stripes, we are/were healed (Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24).
In Luke 22:20, Jesus tells us that the cup is the “new covenant in My Blood”, and Paul tells us that the Blood of Jesus brings forgiveness of sins (Colossians 1:14, Ephesians 1:7).
Besides being born again in Christ, a healthy body and mind are the greatest blessings anyone can have. Holy Communion is God saying to us, as often as you take you are promised healing and wholeness.
On the night that He was to be betrayed, Jesus ate His last supper with His disciples. Knowing what He would accomplish through His going to the Cross and being the perfect sacrifice, He instructed us regarding Holy Communion (Luke 22:19–20, 1 Corinthians 11:23–26).
He told us we are to remember Him as we partake of the Holy Communion. As we do we must remember His body was broken for our healing and wholeness, and His blood was shed for the forgiveness of sins. Whenever we partake, we “proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes” - 1 Corinthians 11:26.
Whenever we partake of the bread, we receive health, and Jesus' life flows through our mortal bodies, and when we partake of the cup, we receive forgiveness from sin and are made righteous, or are in right standing with God, and we come boldly before the Father.
HOW TO PARTAKE OF THE HOLY COMMUNION
Before you partake, remember that the Holy Communion is not a ritual but a blessing made available to us by Jesus whom we are in relationship with, as He is in relationship with the Father.
To partake hold the bread and pray something like this:
Dear Lord Jesus, I come to You, and remember all that You have done for me on the Cross.
Thank You for Your love towards me. Thank You for allowing Your body to be broken so that mine might be made whole.
As I partake, I receive Your resurrection life, health, and strength.
By Your grace, I shall be made whole and walk in strength all the days of my life.
No sickness can remain in my body because the same power that raised You from the dead lives in me and will raise up my mortal body to health and wholeness as by Your stripes, I am healed. You may eat the bread.
Hold the cup and pray something like this:
Lord Jesus, thank You for Your Blood that washes and cleanses me of my sins and presents me righteous and forgiven before the Father. Your Blood redeems me from the curse, You having become a curse for me and today I can freely receive all the blessings that You paid for with Your Blood. Amen! You may drink the grape juice.
